Yes we did have some hiccups during the transition, the differing way and speeds that people adapt and learn, and the integration with multiple back end systems are always going to bring some challenges with such a significant change. With GoGet inspections module being reliable it was easy to isolate and resolve any integration issues. While a very supportive and easily accessible support team in MBS made the change for staff a lot easier. We have been able to reduce the amount of inspection administration and paper work, scanning of incoming inspections has been completely removed.
